Official Public Announcement: Trademark Registration of ERFAN HALGHEH and FARADARMANI in the European Union
Notice is hereby given to all members and followers of Erfan Halgheh, as well as individuals, organizations, content creators, publishers, and media platform users, that the names/trademarks “ERFAN HALGHEH” and “FARADARMANI” have been officially registered and are now under legal protection within the European Union.
According to the official statements issued by the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), the legal protection for these names/trademarks has been confirmed as follows:

Regarding these registrations, the opposition period has expired without any opposition or observations by third parties being filed. The marks have been published pursuant to Article 190(2) EUTMR (European Union Trademark Regulation). Pursuant to Article 189(2) EUTMR, they shall have the same effect as the registration of a mark as a European Union trade mark.
