The Sixth Anniversary of Seeking Asylum and Forced Migration to Canada

In the Name of God,

Greetings and Blessings,

  • I once more offer my deepest condolences to the noble and oppressed nation of Iran on the occasion of the martyrdom and loss of a great number of civilian compatriots and innocent children who have lost their lives during the bombings of Iran. I pray for patience and fortitude for the bereaved families and hope that this devastating war comes to an end as soon as possible. Certainly, a vast number of civilians will fall victim to these attacks—a figure that is rising exponentially by the day. Furthermore, the country’s infrastructure is under severe threat of destruction, and it is highly probable that our dear compatriots will soon face immense hardships.

Therefore, while condemning all forms of war, bloodshed, and anything that leads to the slaughter of defenseless people—especially children—I call for an end to these attacks, which are expanding in scope daily and risk entangling the region in a long and erosive war.

Also, on the sixth anniversary of my asylum seeking, forced migration to Canada, and arrival in Toronto, I hereby:

  • Express my gratitude and appreciation, once again and as I have many times before, to all free-thinking individuals, including the companions and seekers of spiritual knowledge of the “Erfan Keyhani Halgheh” school across the world, my family (both inside and outside the country), as well as all relevant international circles, news agencies, all advocates of freedom and human rights, and my dear and esteemed lawyers (the 11 individuals), and everyone who, in any way, through nearly a decade of immense effort and struggle, worked for my liberation from the clutches of the agents of the Islamic Republic of Iran and emerged honorable from this historical trial. I pray for the best of Divine blessings for each and every one of them from the presence of Almighty God.

In addition, regarding the circumstances of my clandestine departure and escape from Iran, it is necessary to clarify that following explicit threats of assassination after my legal and unconditional release—threats made by terrorists from the so-called “Spiritual Health” (Behdasht-e Ma’navi) security-terrorist institute, as evidenced by their own public claims and the released videos of assassination threats—I was forced to flee my home without a passport and cross the Iranian borders illegally. Subsequently, with the cooperation of the United Nations (UN), the High Commissioner for Human Rights, Amnesty International, the U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom (USCIRF), Canadian government officials and authorities, and my family abroad (according to existing historical documents and records), I was granted asylum in Canada and settled in Toronto.

However, it is noteworthy that following my escape from Iran—given that disclosing the details of my departure was not advisable for security reasons until an appropriate time—agents of the “Spiritual Health” (Behdasht-e Ma’navi) security-terrorist institutes (such as Amanat Taher, Valipour Zunuz, etc.) frequently raised this issue. They persistently pressured me to explain how I exited Iran and reached Canada, knowing that I could not currently disclose this information for security reasons. Their aim was to sow doubt and execute the “Spiritual Health” security institute’s think-tank plan to label my situation as “fake” and push the “Where is my Master?” slogan, thereby dispersing those around me. This followed their previous attempt, facilitated through Ms. Shahnaz Niroomanesh with all necessary arrangements, to claim that I had been “martyred.” That plot was intended to portray my story as finished and close my case so it would no longer be pursued in human rights circles. When that sinister plan was thwarted by my release, they launched a new scheme to label me as a “fake,” identifying me as an agent of the IRGC, and so on, attempting to isolate me and disperse my supporters. Their goal was to seize control of the affairs and hijack the “Erfan Keyhani Halgheh” school to steer it in their desired direction. To this day, the details of my illegal exit from the country and my entry into Canada remain a subject of intense interest for security circles. Consequently, agents affiliated with these circles, such as the expelled group of “self-styled leaders” (Saeed Yasaei, Ramin Madadi, Mehran Marami, etc.), continue to pursue this matter to obtain this critical information and please their masters. Recently, other incidents have been orchestrated by expelled individuals (such as Shohreh Ebrahimi, etc.) who have leveled slanders against me, claiming I have adopted “anti-people” intellectual stances or ignored “public demands” (based on what criteria?). They have characterized my efforts as an attempt to “whitewash and cleanse the blood” of those responsible for violence—alleging this is in “clear contradiction with rationality” (whose rationality?), “ethics, human dignity, and social responsibility.” Through these entirely false positions, they have caused the blood of thousands of innocent people to be wasted. Those people were victims of the political games of specific power-hungry, affiliated individuals who caused the people’s political grievances to be mischaracterized as support for Israel, leading to the shedding of their pure blood; in reality, these victims were demanding their political rights, not supporting Israel. Consequently, without achieving any effective results, they were sacrificed for the power-seeking and lies of a specific movement. These expelled figures continue to beat the drums of war and call for foreign attacks on Iran, leading to the deaths of a vast number of other innocent civilian compatriots. The dimensions of this horrific crime will soon expand much further, and the responsibility lies with all these individuals whose shameful names will be recorded in history forever.

On the other hand, it is necessary to mention that during my nearly decade-long captivity at the hands of the regime’s henchmen, other schemes were underway both inside and outside the country. These included conspiracies and machinations that desperately tried to pretend that everyone around me—including my family, friends, and lawyers—was affiliated with the regime. This was a tactic to destroy public trust in my inner circle and divert all attention toward the conspirators, enabling them to seize control of the affairs of the Erfan Keyhani Halgheh school. According to existing documents and records, this movement was spearheaded abroad by Shahnaz Niroomanesh and inside the country by the “Goush-be-Zang” group (directed by Yasaei, Marami, and Madadi), who were responsible for executing this insidious maneuver. Meanwhile, another movement initiated in 2015 by Hamidreza Asgari utilized the poem “In the Nameless Name, come, let us begin” to propose the bizarre claim that no individual should be named; therefore, even my name as the founder of the Erfan Keyhani school should not be mentioned (This, of course, excluded his own name, as everyone knew he stood behind the scenes of this malicious and ignoble school of thought). Through this, he attempted to present the school as “leaderless” to pave the way for its confiscation by security “wolves” and various opportunists. Among the “wolves” who supported and exploited this mindset was the Ganjineh Keyhani group (Keyvan Keyvanshokouh and Ayla Behsam), who made the laughable claim that “all of this belongs to God and not to [the founder].” Yet, to everyone’s astonishment, they placed their own logo on all of my videos. They engaged in illegitimate business and theft by infringing upon my intellectual property on one hand and creating deviations in the teachings of this school on the other. Consequently, they have all been expelled from the Erfan Keyhani Halgheh school (The full details of these treasonous events have been recorded and will be presented).

Furthermore, regarding the illegal and anti-human rights actions involving the fabrication of judicial cases against me, the following individuals were directly or indirectly involved, each participating in a specific capacity:

  • Security agents of the so-called “Spiritual Health” (Behdasht-e Ma’navi) security-terrorist institute, such as: Hamidreza Mazaheri-Seif, Mahmoudreza Ghasemi, Amin Shamshiri, Mohammadreza Anhari, Ali Nasirirad, Hamzeh Sharifidoust, Soghra Mirzaeian Qahroud, Maryam Golbaz, etc., through their involvement in my illegal arrest and unlawful imprisonment for several years, and the orchestration of seventeen staged executions intended to extract forced, false confessions from me. As well as other interrogators and their specific associates, such as: Dr. Mehdi Khazali, Ali Akbar Raefipour, etc. (acting as ideological interrogators who, ultimately, were forced to leave the interrogation room empty-handed and humiliated). Their associates abroad, following my legal and unconditional release (consequent to the Supreme Court twice rejecting the charges brought against me), such as: Amanat Taher (Mostafa Almasi and Nasim Habibi), Mehdi Valipour Zunuz, etc. Their internal associates, such as “Sowgand-be-Amanatdari” (Vow of Trustworthiness), etc. And cyber mercenaries and affiliated hirelings, such as: Maziyar Mir, Aryan Akbari, Kamal Almasi Jaf, Aref Mahdavi, etc., directed toward my character assassination in order to:
  • To undermine the value and significance of my nine-year history of struggle against the suffocation, oppression, and tyranny imposed by the agents of suppression, as well as to whitewash the regime, etc.
  • To exonerate, whitewash, and cover up the blatant crimes committed by the judiciary and the judicial officials involved in the illegal and fabricated cases against me—including Judge Pir-Abbasi, Interrogator Asadi, Judge Ahmadzadeh, Judge Tayyarani, Judge Salavati, Judge Ahmadpour, Judge Zargar, and Judge Babai—on charges of complicity in attempted premeditated murder through the abuse of the law, etc., by issuing a death sentence in 2015 and re-issuing an “insisted” death sentence (as provided for in the Islamic Penal Code!!!) in 2017.
