December 10th, International Human Rights Day

In the name of God

Greetings and best wishes,

December 10th, the International Day of Commemorating Human Rights and achieving this significant and important human growth. I congratulate all communities around the globe and those who are in favor of human rights and equality.

It should be noted that, in the process of social and political evolution over thousands of years, human beings have now reached a stage where human rights are the least basis required for the constitution of a progressive country. The further a country’s constitution is from the principles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, it can be said that the degree of brutality and dictatorship of that political system is higher, and the desire for governance and power management is more visible in such a system.

In this regard, we hope for a day, not far away, when the 1st Article of a country’s constitution indicates that the Universal Declaration of Human Rights is the basis of the constitution governing all  other laws of the country, so that in its shadow, all members of the nation, regardless of ethnicity, religion, worship rituals, gender and individual desires, etc. can guarantee the minimum requirements of a decent life for everyone.

It is worth noting that in order to have a decent life, it is not enough to solely have freedom. Many countries are indulged with different levels of freedom; but the feeling of happiness and satisfaction among people is not as it should be and they suffer from the lack of knowledge and spirituality in their lives. Therefore, along with freedom, there is an urgent need for awareness and knowledge. Essentially, man’s problem is the lack of knowledge, ignorance, and lack of understanding of his existential philosophy. This may also prevent the correct use of the concept of freedom. In fact, in order to guarantee a desirable life in which all people can feel satisfied, freedom and awareness are required together. It is apparent that an ignorant nation is not able to make use of freedom, and soon the government and power seekers will take this freedom out of the hands of such people. These people are able to deceive the masses with demagoguery, deception and empty promises. After taking the helm of the country’s power, they repeat history once again and use their weapons that were prepared with the nation’s money and wealth, aiming it at the people, threatening them with death, so they can freely continue to plunder the country and oppress them in their own way. Even  planning for the hereditary ruling of their descendants…

Erfan-e Keyhani Halghe has taken a step in defining, explaining and emphasizing the rights of human beings by proposing the theme of the “Unified Body of One” and by presenting the concept of “Interuniversalism”. Erfan-e Halghe is not only a serious defender of human rights but also seeks to promote them to show:

1- All human beings, regardless of their status, ethnicity, color, gender, language, religion, political or any other opinion, social and national origin, amount of wealth, place of birth or any position they are in, etc., they deserve all the rights and freedoms mentioned in the “Universal Declaration” of Human Rights” without differentiation. Including:

2- All humans have the right to inherent dignity, freedom and equality.

3- All human beings have the right to live freely and autonomously and they should not be considered slaves or treated as slaves.

4- All human beings have the right to freedom of thought, freedom of expression and freedom after expression, freedom of religion and changing their religion, freedom to organize and participate in various associations, etc.

5- All humans have the right to access health services, free education, public insurance, etc.

6- …

Irrespective of the above and what is stated in the “Universal Declaration of Human Rights”, by putting forward the doctrine of “Interuniversalism”, considering human dignity and examining the place of mankind in existence and the principle of avoiding slavery, Erfan-e Keyhani Halghe condemns the rule of man over man. It recognizes the administration of the affairs of different societies, from governing the state to the private sectors of a society, in the form of a board of directors. As a result, “Taheri Peace Organization” proposes to add articles to the “Universal Declaration of Human Rights” for this purpose. Including:

Man’s rule over man is reprehensible (the administration of the country is permissible only by electing the members of the board of directors for the purpose of its administration, and not the ruling of those who consider themselves the owners of a country and take the lives, wealth and honor of the people and turn them into an amusement in their hands).

In addition, on the occasion of the World Human Rights Day, I hereby once again thank all the human rights institutions, relevant organizations and all the activists in this field around the world who, over the course of a decade, worked to save me and to free me from the security detention center 2-A Evin prison and my final settlement in the city of Toronto, Canada. They did not give up on their efforts and continuously followed up with this matter. I am thankful and grateful.

Hereby, I would like to refer to some of the human rights institutions and organizations that have been active in defending me during this period and have played a lasting role in this unprecedented movement. It is impossible to mention the names of all human rights activists and free-thinkers here. Therefore, on this occasion, I would like to take the opportunity to thank them and show my appreciation to them once again.
