I hereby express my condolences to the bereaved families for the loss of a number of our dear fellow citizens in the terrible explosion in Bandar Abbas-a tragic incident that occurred due to the incompetence and insufficiency of the authorities in charge; praying for blessings for the victims of this happening, I ask God Almighty to grant patience and forbearance to the survivors.

I also extend my condolences to the plundered and afflicted nation of Iran on this incident.
